We have opportunities for early morning, midday, late afternoon, and everything in between!  Here are just a few...

 
Artist Setup:    Street monitors/traffic control. Assist artist to their booths (7-10 am) or help set out signage.

Exhibits:  Help label and display competition art inside Civic Center (a.m.)

Monitors needed to ensure safety of displayed art in Civic Center. Shifts available all day:

Registration: Assist with distributing artists’ packets to booths. (7-10 a.m.)

Information booth: Shifts available all day. Handle sales of Art Show Program and commemorative t-shirts.

Food Court: setup tables/ bus tables / shifts available all day

Student Art: Assist with display of student art. A.M. and P.M. shifts

Hands On Children’s Art Activities: Help needed all day!  Assist with pre-planned children’s art activities or with face painting. Art Show committee members will be present to direct the activities. A good job to volunteer with a group of friends!

Advertising: Assist Advertising manager with identifying potential advertisers. (Help in months prior to Art Show).

Distribute Art Show Programs during the show: Shifts available all day.

Fundraising: Assist with individual solicitations for donations.

Artists Reception: Prepare / set out goodies for Artists’ Reception which follows the Art Show at about  5:30 pm.
